Bull roasts and/or with shrimp or oysters are the most
popular service in the Baltimore area. Baltimorions love
their bull....Ha Ha!! We have a good reputation for our
pit beef. We used to Cater with the Ravens pit beef until Saragoosa
retired and paired up with McCormick to use his name,
their spice rub and our location for the Gooses ribs and
pulled pork. Our beef is still the best..always juicy
whether rare or well done.
Who might use our Fundraising services? --
Sports
organizations, high school bands, cheer leading and
gymnastic clubs, churches and schools (especially private
schools), community organizations, for medical reasons to
secure money to pay bills, special events where proceeds
are going to a non-profit group.
For First time clients we will arrange ticket printing, start
a basket of cheer, provide Hooters girls or Bud girls,
make suggestions as to what things to do at the event to
raise money (successful things), we will partner with
clients to create a gala event, Upscale Cocktail
Receptions, themed events.
